Visiting the beaches

There are a lot of beaches in Lloret de Mar where you can enjoy with the family. For this article we will highlight our two favorite family beaches:

Lloret Beach

Lloret beach is the perfect option for children thanks to the amount of services and children’s facilities offered to its visitors. In summer there is a mini club with children’s games, bouncy castles and a bibliography.

Santa Cristina Beach

Calmer beach (and not so crowded), but with the same amenities as the previous one. It is ideal to go with family and relax in its fine golden sand.

Scuba diving

For those with slightly older children, starting family scuba diving can be a very fun and rewarding option. There are a lot of schools and diving centers for families in Lloret de Mar. We have to keep in mind that the minimum age for diving is 8 years.

Family camping activities

Staying in a campsite is already an experience and more for the little ones in the house. That is why it is very important to know how to choose the right accommodation for your stay. Important aspects that a good family camping has to have are: that it has a supermarket nearby, toilet and shower areas and that it has many shaded plots. Gnomo Park: For the little ones in the house, we have the option of Gnomo Park. In the facilities, children will be transported to a world of gnomes where they can have fun with different activities such as: outdoor adventure circuses, minigols, slides, ball pool…

Arbre Adventure: Ideal place for older children. A natural space to live the adventure. Concentration, teamwork and fun with the zip lines and bridges suspended from the park.

Other activities with children

In addition to the activities described above, Lloret de Mar presents a large number of special events for children. Among these we highlight the Rúa and Chocolate Carnival and the Medieval Fair in November.
